Customers request quotes
Customers fill out our online quote form with where they’re moving from and to, move date, home type, size, and what services they need (packing, storage, etc.).
We apply your routing rules
You tell us which moves you want — by origin, destination, move type, home type, services, and more. Our routing engine checks each new quote against your rules in real-time.
You receive leads by email
When a quote matches your rule, we email you a detailed lead with the customer’s info so you can reply directly, provide a quote, and win the job.
Smart routing rules that fit your business
Instead of sending every enquiry to every mover, we use simple, flexible routing rules. You decide which moves you want — our system takes care of the matching.
Rules can be as broad or as specific as you like. Start simple (e.g. “Auckland local moves only”) and refine over time as you see which leads convert best.
What you can filter by:
- From Location – city, suburb, or postcode where the move starts.
- To Location – city or region where the move ends.
- Move Type – local, inter-city, international, office, etc.
- Home Type & Size – apartment vs. house, 1 bedroom vs. 4+ bedrooms.
- Services requested – packing, storage, specialty items, car shipping, and more.
- Marketing consent – optionally only receive leads who opted into updates.

What you get in each lead email
When a quote matches your rule, we send a detailed lead to the email address you’ve provided. There’s no extra portal you have to log into — you can work right from your inbox or CRM.
Each lead email includes:
- Customer name and contact details (email and phone).
- Moving from / to locations and preferred date.
- Move type, home type, and approximate size.
- Requested services (packing, storage, specialty items, etc.).
- Stairs/elevator details and access notes.
- Any special items or comments from the customer.
How you work the leads

Do I need special software to use Zenmove NZ?
No. You just need an email address. Leads arrive by email with all the details, and you can reply using your normal tools or CRM.
Can I change my routing rules later?
Yes. You can adjust your rule to expand or narrow the types of moves you receive — for example, adding new cities, removing certain services, or focusing on a different move type.
What if I’m fully booked?
If you need to pause leads temporarily, we can set your rule to inactive. When you’re ready, you can turn it back on.
